Getting Started
Here's what to do if you're
interested in starting with Lapis Light:
1) Resolve your purpose and intention*- What do you wish to
accomplish by working with Dr. Miller? Being clear and precise
about this will focus your efforts for the best and quickest
result.
2) If we have been recommended to you
by someone, look over the website and see if this seems to
be what you want.
3) Consider "how deep you want to
go". You can choose just to determine your basic needs
with our Functional
Blood Chemistry Analysis, or you may prefer
to take advantage of any of the advanced options to investigate
more deeply and comprehensively for underlying physiological
causes. There are also profound resources if you wish to delve
into the deeper connections between mind, brain and body and
become expert at being your own healer.
If you've already perused the website,
fill out the
New Patient
Contact Form.
If you are confident that you want to
begin, proceed with step 4.
If you have specific questions that are not answered in the
website, see Preliminary
Inquiries.
4) Print, fill out and e-mail (preferred), post or fax the
forms in the Lapis Light Questionnaire
Packet. Let us know if you require a pdf version of these forms. You may also send copies of any relevant medical
records or other material (art, poetry, music, etc.) at this
time.
5) Call Dr. Miller (415) 331-5274
or (888) 331-5274 (toll-free long distance) to schedule
a consultation in person, by telephone or Skype. Appointment
length varies depending on your needs, but is typically 45
to 60 minutes. You will gain a new understanding of your situation
from both an 'aerial', integrative perspective. You will also
acquire a detailed view and working plan that includes the
most efficient choices from among the wide range of resources
available.
* At Lapis Light we employ a coaching,
not authoritarian model. You are instructed and coached for
maximum success in accordance with what you want to accomplish.
This respects your personal sovereignty as the ultimate authority
for yourself, and promotes your natural self-healing potential.
If you can, it is especially effective to include an aspiration
that others will also benefit from what you accomplish.
